give breaks to our regular customers. We take twenty percent off
of the metered fare. We do not have a special “locals rate”.
It doesn’t matter to us where you live full time. As long as you use us
whenever you are in town and need a cab, we consider you a regular. When do you
become a regular? When we get to know you, of course!

We do not pick up at these clubs. It is too difficult to get in and out of both of these clubs. It takes too long. We are a small company and don’t have that much time to spare in order to serve our customers efficiently. We will pick you up nearby, if you would rather ride with us. Ask the driver when he drops you off and the driver will tell you where the best place for us to pick you up is.
Behavior Conduct Policy
Some people mistakenly believe that once they are in the cab, that we have to take them the entire way to their destination, regardless of how ignorant they behave. WRONG! We are hackers, not hookers. We won't put up with abuse of any kind, to us or our cabs, just because "you paid for the ride". The radios belong to us, therefore, we control the volume. If it does not belong to you, ask before you touch it. The driver has the right to end the ride at any time, and to be paid for the amount on the meter at the point as the passenger exits the vehicle. We don't mind you being drunk, or loud, as long as you aren't being belligerent or obnoxious. Mutual respect and common courtesy. It's what we're all about, here at AbouTown Taxi.
